Mills, Arthur, M.A., Balliol Coll., Oxon, 1838, from Rugby, M.P. Taunton 1852-3, 1857-65, Exeter 1873-80, F.R.G.S., D.L. Cornwall, a student of the Inner Temple 25 April, 1839 (then aged 22), called to the bar 29 April, 1842 (youngest son of Rev. Francis Mills, of Burford, co. Warwick); born 20 July, 1817; married 3 Aug., 1848, Agnes Lucy, 2nd dau. of Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, Bart., M.P., and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
