Morgan, Richard Owen Stewart, practises before the supreme court of Ceylon, acting commissioner of court of requests and police magistrate of Penadura, private secretary to Mr. Justice Stewart, acting registrar of diocese of Colombo, a student of the Inner Temple 24 April, 1869 (then aged 18), called to the bar 30 April, 1872 [youngest son of (Hon.) Richard Francis Morgan, Queen's advocate Ceylon]; born ⁠, 1851.
