Coll., Camb., 1877, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 13 April, 1877 (then aged 23), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1880 (eldest son of Rev. Cyril Randolph, of Chartham, Kent); born 4 April, 1854 (see Foster's Baronetage, Harvey-Bathurst).
