Rigg, James McMullen, B.A. (sometime scholar) St. John's Coll., Oxon, editor of Bankruptcy Act 1883, a student of Lincoln's Inn 28 Jan., 1879 (then aged 23), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1881 (only son of Rev. James Harrison Rigg, D.D., principal of Wesleyan Coll., Westminster); born 28 Sept., 1855.
