Rosher, William Henry Burch, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 28 Oct., 1858 (then aged 24), called to the bar 6 June, 1861 (only son of William Rosher, of Northfleet, Kent, gent.); born , 1834; married 23 Aug., 1865, Henrietta, only dau. of Richard Griffith Welford, Esq., of Parkfields, near Coventry, judge of Warwickshire county court.
