Sheepshanks, William, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1876, from Eton, J.P. Yorkshire West Riding, a member of the North-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 23 Nov., 1870 (then aged 19), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1874 (only son of Rev. Thomas Sheepshanks, M.A., of Arthington, Yorks); born 26 Jan., 1851; married 12 Oct., 1876, Emily Florence, eldest dau. of Rev. Henry Blunt, rector of St. Andrew's, Holborn, and has issue.
