Skene, William Baillie, M.A., Corpus Christi Coll., Oxon, 1862, fellow All Souls' Coll., Oxon, 1864, J.P., D.L. co. Fife, J.P. co. Kinross, standing counsel to Conservative Registration Association 1876-80, a student of Lincoln's Inn 5 Nov., 1860 (then aged 22), called to the bar 6 June, 1863 (2nd son of Patrick George Skene, Esq., of Pitlour, co. Fife); born 24 April, 1838; married 7 Feb., 1874, Lorina Charlotte, eldest dau. of Very Rev. Henry George Liddell, dean of Christ Church, Oxford, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, E. Ravensworth).
