Smith, Henry, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1860, from Rugby, J.P., D.L. Norfolk, a student of Lincoln's Inn 7 Feb., 1855 (then aged 20), called to the bar 30 April, 1859 (only son of Lieut.-Col. John Smith, late of Ellingham Hall, Norfolk, dec.); born 1 July, 1834; married 1st, 24 April, 1857, Amelia Harriet, dau. of Col. Greene, C.B., of Twickenham; she died 19 Feb., 1868; he married 2ndly, 11 Aug., 1869, Mary Gray, widow of Rev. Henry Paul Measor, vicar of Kingston-on-Thames, dau. of late James Dowie, Esq., and has issue.
