Smyly, William Cecil, LL.B., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1863, a member of the Northern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 29 May, 1861 (then aged 21), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1865 (3rd son of late John George Smyly, of Dublin, Q.C.); born 2 Jan., 1840; married 2 Jan., 1884, Alice Mary, only dau. of late Samuel William Brooks, Esq., of Watford.
