Turnour, Keppel Arthur, matric. Edinburgh Univ., a student of the Middle Temple 17 Feb., 1881, called to the bar 25 June, 1884 (eldest son of John Horatio Turnour, of Swaffham, Norfolk); born 31 Oct., 1856; married 30 April, 1878, Margaret, only dau. of late C. C. Wallace, of Greenbank, Isle of Bute, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, E. Winterton).
