London Univ. 1872, author of Practice for Obtaining Letters Patent for Inventions, a student of the Middle Temple 21 Jan., 1879, called to the bar 26 Jan., 1882 (eldest son of Hugh Wallace, of Tulse Hill, London, sometime of Jersey) ; born 28 April, 1854; married 3 Sept., 1877, Sarita, eldest dau. of John Thornton, Esq., of St. Petersburg.
