Walthall, Henry Walthall, M.A., Trin. Coll., Oxon, 1856, J.P. Derbyshire, assumed the additional name of Walthall 1853, a student of Lincoln's Inn 6 June, 1853 (then aged 23), called to the bar 6 June, 1856 (eldest son of James Milnes, Esq., of Alton Manor, co. Derby); born 26 Sept., 1829.
