Willis-Bund, John William Bund, F.S.A., M.A. (1868), LL.B. (1865) Gonville and Caius Coll., Camb., first in 1st class law tripos 1864, chancellor's legal medallist, professor of constitutional law London Univ. 1869-82, examiner law tripos Camb. Univ. 1875-8, in history tripos Camb. 1878-80, lecturer in law Univ. Coll., Bristol, 1877-9, vice-chairman Severn Fishery Board, J.P. co. Worc., assumed the additional surname of Bund in 1864, editor of Oke's Handybook of the Game Laws, 3rd edn., and of Oke's Fishery Laws, 2nd edn.. author of The Law of Salmon Fisheries, The Agricultural Holdings Act, and of Selections from State Trials, J.P. cos. Worcester and Cardigan, a student of Lincoln's Inn 26 April, 1866 (then aged 22), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1869 (2nd son of John Walpole Willis, Esq., J.P., D.L., of Wick Episcopi, co. Worcester); born 8 Aug., 1843; married 2 April, 1872, Harriette Penelope, sister of Sir Richard Temple, Bart., K.C.S.I., and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
