A court of the Department of War has the power to adjudicate upon cases in which the defendants are military officers holdings general ranks.

A special court of the Department of War has the power to adjudicate upon cases subject to the power of the military courts in time of war only when they are stated in the order establishing such special court.

Section98.A field court has the power to adjudicate upon the cases previously stated in section 94.

Section99.A judgment of a field court or a court of the Department of War, military circle court, or military department court located in an arrondissement or canton where the martial law is in operation, shall be final and unappealable.

Section100.The previously stated stipulations of sections 58, 59, 60, 61, 63, 64, and 65 shall also apply to a field court.
