that a Court of Justice Charter and a Civil Procedure Act hereto annexed shall be enacted, and any of the previously announced legal provisions in relation to the powers of all courts and civil procedure which are contrary to these Acts shall all be repealed from the day of promulgation of these Acts onwards.
Announced on the 1st day of June 127 Rattanakosin Era,[1] being the 41st year of this reign, the 14,447th day of this present reign.
