Section22.The public duties of the Ministry of Economic Affairs are divided into—

1. the Office of the Secretary to the Minister;
2. the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry;
3. the Marine Department;
4. the Department of Trade Registration;
5. the Department of Post and Telegraphy;
6. the Department of Commerce;
7. the Department of Railways;
8. the Department of Science".
