Section1.This Act shall be called the "Act for Transfer of Annual Budget Money, 2477 Buddhist Era (No 3)".
Section2.This Act shall come into force from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette on.
Section3.The budget money shall be transferred in the manners hereafter stated:
(1)a sum of 539 baht shall be transferred from the budget for domestic loans into the shares in the tree stump costs;
(2)a sum of 5,000 baht shall be transferred from the budget for other shares into the budget for the Ministry of Defence;
(3)House of Representatives
a sum of 1,951 baht shall be transferred from the budget for the House of Representatives in the category of current expenses into the category of incidental expenses;
(4)Office of the Prime Minister
a.a sum of 300 baht from the budget for domestic loans, and a sum of 30,000 baht from the budget for the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Interior in the category of incidental expenses, shall be transferred into the budget for the Department of
