Being the 1st year of the present reign
Whereas it is found appropriate to designate the method for selection of persons to be instated in positions with special conditions in the Marine Department according to the dispositions of the last paragraph of section 13 of the Act on Rules for Civil Officials, 2476 Buddhist Era;
Therefore, the Council of Regency, in His Majesty's name, orders that the following Royal Decree be enacted:
