Section1.This Act shall be called the "Act Promulgating the Provisions of Book 6 of the Civil and Commercial Code, 2477 Buddhist Era".
Section2.This Act shall come into force from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
Section3.The provisions of Book 6, starting with section 1599 and ending with section 1755 as enacted at the end of this Act, shall be inserted in the Civil and Commercial Code as its part, and the provisions of this Book shall come into force from the 1st day of October 2478 Buddhist Era onwards.
Section4.The provisions of this Book do not affect the Rules for Administration of Chet Hua Mueang Area, 120 RE, in respect of succession.
