orders that the following Royal Decree be enacted:
Section1.This Royal Decree shall be called the "Amendment to the Royal Decree Designating the Method for Selection of Persons to Be Instated in Positions With Special Conditions in the Public Prosecution Department, 2478 Buddhist Era".
Section2.This Royal Decree shall come into force from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette on.
Section3.Only the dispositions of subsections 5 and 6 of section 4 of the Royal Decree Designating the Method for Selection of Persons to Be Instated in Positions With Special Conditions in the Public Prosecution Department, 2477 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following dispositions:
"5.The Ministry of Interior CSSC[1] shall select first-class assistant prosecutors from amongst the second-class assistant prosecutors who have served as such for not less than six months.
The Ministry of Interior CSSC shall select second-class assistant prosecutors from amongst the trainee prosecutors who have served as such for not less than six months, or from amongst the public service trainees in the Public Prosecution Department
