(d)administrative organisation regarding the filing of documents with competent authorities of courts to further be filed with the courts or sent to parties or any persons, and regarding the making of oral requests for courts to try and adjudge petty cases;
(e)administrative organisation regarding the sending of original documents by one party to the other party;
(f)administrative organisation regarding seizure, attachment, and realisation by means of public auction or other means of property, and regarding other methods of execution which executing officers ought to observe.
Those ministerial regulations shall come into force upon their publication in the Royal Gazette.
