Re: Additional organisation of agencies and distribution of duties and responsibilities
Whereas the Order of the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform No 7/2549, Re: Organisation of agencies and distribution of duties and responsibilities has been issued, the Council for Democratic Reform, for the purposes of enabling its own smooth operation, hereby designates responsible persons and organises the agencies of the Division for Special Affairs in addition thereto as follows:
1.General Sopon Silpipat, Chief of Staff, Royal Thai Army, shall be the Council for Democratic Reform’s Secretary General for Special Affairs (CDR-SGSA), having the duty to direct and coordinate the works according to the orders of the Council for Democratic Reform.
2.Organisation of agencies
2.1.A Working Team on Policy, having the duty to coordinate works and prepare statements, orders, announcements, or other documents as required.
2.2.An Operation Section, composed of the Operation Centre of the Ministry of Defence, the Joint Command of the Supreme Command Headquarters, the Operation Centre of the Royal Thai Army, the Operation Centre of the Royal Thai Navy, the Operation Centre of the Royal Thai Air Force, and the Operation Centre of the Royal Thai Police, having the duty to direct, coordinate, and supervise [activities] according to orders from the Council for Democratic Reform’s Secretary General for Special Affairs. For this purpose, the Operation Centre of the Royal Thai Army shall serve as the liaison unit of the Operation Section.
