Re: Ordering a public servant to serve at the Office of the Prime Minister
For the suitability in and benefit of the public service, the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform, exercising the power under section 11(4) of the Act Regulating the Public Administration of the State, 2534 BE in his capacity as the Prime Minister according to the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No 4, Re: The powers in the public administration of the State, hereby orders Lieutenant General Waipoj Srinuan, Commander of the Security Centre, Supreme Command Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, to serve at the Office of the Prime Minister in the capacity of Director of the National Intelligence Agency and receive monthly salaries from his original agency for the time being.
This Order shall take effect from now on.
