Re: Appointing a public official to an acting position
Whereas His Majesty has issued a royal command permitting Nai Thawin Samak-ratthakit, Director of the National Office of Buddhism (10th Class Executive Officer), to retire from office from the 1st day of October 2549 BE on account of having reached the age of sixty years and being required to retire from the public service upon conclusion of the budget year 2549 BE;
In order that the public service of the National Office of Buddhism be performed in a continuous manner after the position of Director of the National Office of Buddhism (10th Class Executive Officer) becomes vacant upon coming of the aforementioned time, [the Council] hereby appoints Nang Chularat Bunyakorn, Deputy Director of the National Office of Buddhism (9th Class Executive Officer), as Acting Director of the National Office of Buddhism (10th Class Executive Officer).
This shall take effect from the 1st day of October 2549 BE until a different order is given.
