Announcement of the Revolutionary Party

Whereas the Revolutionary Party finds it appropriate to have the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand revised anew in a proper manner; therefore, at this stage, it is ordered as follows:
1.The Amendment to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, 2475 Buddhist Era, 2495 Buddhist Era, shall be repealed.
2.The House of Representatives, the memberships in the House of Representatives, and the Council of Ministers shall come to an end.
3.All the courts shall remain empowered to try and adjudicate upon cases in accordance with the provisions of law as before in every respect.
4.The Revolutionary Party will take upon itself the burden of governing the Country, for which there will be a Revolutionary Headquarters, with Field Marshal Sarit Thanarat, Head of the Revolutionary Party, as its supreme commander in charge of the situations throughout the Kingdom in the name of all Thai people, until a new Council of Ministers is established.
