Promulgating the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand

Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej, Mahitalathibet Ramathibodi, Chakkrinaruebodin, Sayaminthrathirat, Borommanat Bophit—
