Whereas section 3 of the Emergency Decree for the Protection of Peace in Order to Enable the Implementation of the (Interim) Constitution Dated 9 November 2490 Buddhist Era, 2490 BE, provides that this Emergency Decree shall take effect from the day and time that the present Council of Ministers is established by [the Monarch] and shall come to an end when [the Monarch] entertains an opinion that the administration under the Constitution in force at the present has already been freed from harm, which shall be made known by an announcement of His royal command;

Now, [the Monarch] entertains an opinion that the administration under the Constitution in force at the present has already been freed from harm; therefore, the aforesaid Emergency Decree comes to an end from the day the announcement of this royal command is published in the Royal Gazette.

Announced on the 25th day of December 2490 Buddhist Era, being the 2nd year of the present reign.
