of Lifting of Martial Law in Some Areas and
Imposition of Martial Law in Some Areas

Phrabat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej gives a great royal command by which He orders with His pleasure that it be announced as follows:
Whereas He entertains an opinion that after the issuance of the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform dated the 19th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, which imposed the Martial Law throughout the Kingdom from 21:05 hours of the 19th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era onwards, and the subsequent issuance of the Announcement of Lifting of Martial Law in Some Areas dated the 26th day of January 2550 BE, it is now necessary to modify the areas under the application of the Martial Law by lifting the Martial Law in some areas where its application is no longer required and imposing the Martial Law in some areas additionally, and it is also appropriate to correct the names of the areas where the Martial Law is still in application due to changes in administrative divisions;
Therefore, He commands with His pleasure, by virtue of the powers under section 188, paragraph 1, of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, and sections 2 and 5 of the Martial Law Act, 2457 Buddhist Era, that the Martial Law be lifted in some areas, be retained in some areas, and be additionally imposed in some areas as follows:
Article1.The Martial Law shall be lifted in the areas specified in article 2 of the Announcement of Lifting of Martial Law in Some Areas dated the 26th day of January 2550 BE, except the following areas:
