Re: Powers of public administration
Whereas certain laws contain provisions regarding the powers and duties of the Prime Minister and Ministers to execute laws, the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform hereby gives the following order for the sake of the said execution of laws:
Article1.During the vacancy of the position of Prime Minister, all the powers and duties which a law provides to be powers and duties of the Prime Minister or Cabinet shall become powers and duties of the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform or person(s) authorised by the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform.
Article2.During the vacancy of a position of Minister, all the powers and duties which a law provides to be powers and duties of the Minister in charge of any ministry shall become powers and duties of the permanent secretary of such ministry, save where it is otherwise ordered by the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform.
