His Majesty King Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej is pleased to give a Great Royal Command that it be announced as follows:
Whereas it is appropriate to prescribe positional allowances and other remunerative benefits for the Presidents and Vice Presidents of the National Legislative Assembly and Constitution Drafting Assembly, holders of positions in the Council for National Security, Members of the National Legislative Assembly, Members of the Constitution Drafting Assembly, members of legislative committees, and holders of positions in the Constitutional Tribunal;
Therefore, by the powers under the dispositions of sections 16 and 33 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim), 2549 Buddhist Era, He is pleased to enact the following Royal Decree:
