2483 Buddhist Era, the competent authorities shall collect them in the full twelve-month amount.

As for the taxes, duties, or fees which are required to be paid in the year 2484 Buddhist Era, the competent authorities shall only collect three fourths of the whole-year amount.

Section8.The payment of any tax, duty, or fee in addition to the provisions of section 7 shall be made in accordance with the law thereon.

Section9.The Prime Minister shall have the duty to take charge of the execution of this Act.

The principle of this Calendar Years Act, 2483 Buddhist Era, is to designate a new calendar year which lasts for twelve months, starting on the 1st day of January and ending on the 31th day of December, so that it be suitable with the [present] epoch and the ancient customary practice of the Thais.
