Section 312bis, paragraph 2(1): "...shall be punished with imprisonment from five years to fifteen years and a fine not over three hundred thousand baht".
Section15.The rates of punishment under section 335, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, and paragraph 3 of the Penal Code, which have been amended by the Act Amending the Penal Code (No. 7), 2530 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following rates of punishment:
Section 335, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from one year to five years and a fine from twenty thousand baht to one hundred thousand baht".
Section 335, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from one year to seven years and a fine from twenty thousand baht to one hundred and forty thousand baht".
Section 335, paragraph 3: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from three years to ten years and a fine from sixty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht".
Section16.The rates of punishment under section 357, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, and paragraph 3, and section 360bis of the Penal Code, which have been amended by the Act Amending the Penal Code (No. 2), 2512 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following rates of punishment:
Section 357, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over five years, or a fine not over one hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 357, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to ten years and a fine from ten thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht".
Section 357, paragraph 3: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from five years to fifteen years and a fine from one hundred thousand baht to three hundred thousand baht".
Section 360bis: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over ten years, or a fine not over two hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
