Section 238, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with of life imprisonment, or imprisonment from five years to twenty years and a fine from one hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht".
Section 238, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with of imprisonment from one year to ten years and a fine from twenty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht".
Section 239: "...shall be punished with of imprisonment not over one year, or a fine not over twenty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
