Section1.This Act shall be called the "Act Amending the Penal Code, 2474 Buddhist Era".
Section2.This Act shall come into force from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
Section3.The provisions of section 241 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
Section241.Whoever, in order to fulfil the desire of another person, dares procure, lure away, or lead away for an indecent purpose a woman or girl aged under ten years, even with the consent of such woman or girl, shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment of not over three years and a fine of not over two thousand baht, regardless of whether or not the acts constituting his offence are committed in different countries.
Whoever, in order to fulfil the desire of another person, dares exercise a deceitful trick, or physical force, or threat, or undue influence, or other forcible means to procedure, lure away, or lead away a woman or girl for an indecent purpose shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment of not over five years and a fine of not over three thousand baht, regard-
