The rates of punishment specified in Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 2 (offences of dishonest exercise of powers and functions) of the Penal Code of 127 RE were as follows:
Section129:imprisonment from a month up to five years and a fine from fifty baht up to a thousand baht.
Section130:imprisonment from a month up to five years and a fine from fifty baht up to a thousand baht.
Section131:imprisonment from three months up to seven years and a fine from a hundred baht up to a thousand baht.
