Being the 43rd year of the present reign
Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej gives a great royal command by which He orders with His pleasure that it be announced as follows:
Whereas the Prime Minister has humbly made the following submission to Him: It appears that, ever since a general election took place on the 27th day of July 2529 BE, many political parties have been unable to operate under the political party system in a harmonious manner and Members of the House of People's Representatives affiliated with the political parties have refused to recognise the opinions or resolutions of the majority of members of their own parties, acting against the process of the administration under the democratic re-
