and the prohibition according to the stipulations of section 17(1) of such act shall also be excluded.
Once the election in the initial period has taken place, if a position of Member of the Chamber of Deputies becomes vacant for any other reason than retirement upon expiry of the Chamber or dissolution of the Chamber, and a replacing Member is to be elected, then the provisions of the previous paragraph shall apply."
