gent because He has not yet attained majority or because of any other reason, the Privy Council shall nominate to the National Assembly for approval any person appropriate to hold the position of Regent. Once the National Assembly has given its approval, the President of the National Assembly shall announce in the name of the Monarch appointing such person as Regent.

Section21.Whilst there is no such Regent as provided in section 19 or section 20, the President of the Privy Council shall become Regent for the time being.

In the event that the Regent appointed in accordance with the stipulations of section 19 or section 20 is unable to perform his duties for any reason, the Privy Council shall serve as Regent temporarily.
