the President of the Privy Council shall become Regent for the time being.

In the event that the President of the Privy Council becomes Regent in accordance with the stipulations of the previous paragraph, the provisions of section 21, paragraph 3 and paragraph 4, shall apply.



Section26.Persons, irrespective of their origins or religions, are equally under the protection of the Constitution.

Section27.Persons are equal before the law. No estate,[1] [whether obtained] by birth, by appointment, or by any other means, shall give rise to any privilege whatsoever.

Section28.Persons do have full freedom to profess a religion, religious sect, or religious ideology,[2] and do have freedom to perform rituals according to their own believes, when these are not adverse to the duties of the citizens and are not contrary to peace and order or good morals of people.
