Section31.Persons do have full freedom of the person.

In any event whatsoever, arrest, detention, or search on the person shall only be executed by virtue of a power under a provision of law. However, the person arrested or searched must without delay be informed of the grounds for and details of the arrest or search as appropriate, and the person detained does have the right to meet and consult with an attorney-at-law privately.

In the event that a person is detained, the detained person himself, a public prosecutor, or any other person in the interest of the detained person has the right to file with a local court having the power to try criminal cases a petition stating that the detention is unlawful.
