Order of the Prime Minister
Whereas the House of Representatives resolved on the 20th day of August 2477 BE[1] to pass the Bill Amending the Penal Code, 2477 Buddhist Era (No. 6), and Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Prajadhipok Phra Pok Klao Chaoyuhua disagreed therewith;
Whereas the House of Representatives confirmed the same resolution on the 29th day of September 2477 BE[1] and Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Prajadhipok Phra Pok Klao Chaoyuhua failed to sign the bill within the time limit provided;
Whereas, according to the stipulations of section 36 of the Constitution, such bill can be promulgated as a law; and
Whereas it appears from the note of the President of the House of Representatives dated 17 April 2478 BE[2] that the said promulgation should then be proceeded with;
