Therefore, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, He orders with His gracious pleasure that the following Act be enacted:
Section1.This Act shall be called the "Act Amending the Penal Code, 2477 Buddhist Era (No. 6)".
Section2.This Act shall come into force from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
Section3.Section 13 of the Penal Code of 127 RE (2451 BE)[1] shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
"Section13.Whoever has been adjudged to a penalty of death shall, Lord ordains, be shot to death.
Section4.Section 14 of the Penal Code of 127 RE (2451 BE)[1] shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
"Section14.If a penalty of death is to be enforced against any person, Lord ordains that the person be put to death at the place and time found appropriate by the officer
