Therefore, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, He is graciously pleased to enact the following Act:
Section1.This Act shall be called the Penal Code Amendment Act, 2477 Buddhist Era (No 6).
Section2.This Act shall enter into operation from the date of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
Section3.Section 13 of the Penal Code, 127 RE (2451 BE),[1] shall be repealed and replaced by the following dispositions:
“Section13.Lord ordains that whoever adjudged to the penalty of death be shot to death.”
Section4.Section 14 of the Penal Code, 127 RE (2451 BE), shall be repealed and replaced by the following dispositions:
“Section14.If the penalty of death is to be imposed upon any person, Lord ordains that the person be put to death at the place and time found appropriate by the officer
