Form of order on district treasurer.Sect. 72. To treasurer of school district number ———, county of ———:

Pay to the order of ——— the sum of ——— dollars out of any money in your hands, not otherwise appropriated, belonging to said district.

FORM OF BOND OF DISTRICT TREASURER.

Form of bond of district treasurer.Sect. 73. Know all men by these presents: that we, ——— treasurer of school district number ———, county of ———, and ——— his surety, are held and firmly bound unto the said school district, for the sum of dollars, to be paid to the school district, for the payment of which we bind ourselves severally and jointly, our heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents.

Sealed with our seals, and dated this ——— day of ———, A.D. 186.

The condition of the above obligation is such, that if the said ———, treasurer as aforesaid, shall faithfully discharge the duties of his office as treasurer of school district number ———, county of ———, as prescribed by law, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force.

FORM OF WARRANT FOR THE COLLECTION OF DISTRICT TAX.

Form of warrant for the collection of district tax.Sect. 74. To ———, the treasurer of school district number ———, county of ———.

This is to authorize and require you to demand, within tex. twenty days from the date of this warrant, of every person or corporation named in the annexed duplicate of school tax of said district, the sum wherewith such person or corporation stands charged; and if any such tax be not paid within thirty days from the date of this warrrant, you are required to proceed and collect the same as authorized by law, by distress and sale of property, and make due return according to law.
