CITIZENSHIP CONFERRED.
CHAPTER 1.
AN ACT CONFERRING THE RIGHTS OF CITIZENSHIP UPON CERTAIN HALFBREEDS IN THIS TERRITORY.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Dakota:
Section 1. That James McBride, John McBride, Robert McBride, Charles Papin, Nicholas Angie, Collin Lamont, Collin Campbell, Lewis Lacompt, J. B. Laplant, Benj. Cadotte, Alexis Dicou, and Frank LaFromboise, residents of the Territory of Dakota, be, and are hereby, declared to be citizens of the Territory of Dakota, and shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of citizens of this territory.
Sect. 2. This act shall take effect from and after its passage.
