§ 2. That Section two (2) of Chapter 123 of the Laws of 1890 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2. Platforms—Specificiations] Each platform shall be not less than twelve feet wide and thirty-two feet long, extending four feet and six inches, or such height as shall be determined by the Board of Railroad Commissioners, above the rails of the track, with suitable approaches to and from said platforms to admit the driving of loaded teams thereon.
