Mr. Karron, J. Jerome Kaplon, and my home address, 78 Edger Read, Summit, Union County, N. J. Tam an attorney and £ ain the chairman of the juvenile delinquency committee of the Union County Bar Association.

The Chairman. You practice in Elizabeth?

Mr. Karton. I practice in Summit. [ was given the information yesterday that I was a member, appointed a member by Governor Meyner, of the newly appoisted joint legislative committee known as the Juvenile Delinquency Study Commission, along with Mr. Simon J. Falcey, of Trenton, Won. Jolin J. Rafferty, former member of the Court of Errors and Appeals of New Brunswick.

The Chairman. Former member of the House Assembly, too?

Mi, Karton. Correct.

Judge David A. Nimo, judge of Hudson County Court, and myself. 1 am not a legislator. J held no political office, no governmental office.
