[ was given the information yesterday that I was a member, appointed a member by Governor Meyner, of the newly appoisted joint legislative committee known as the Juvenile Delinquency Study Commission, along with Mr. Simon J. Falcey, of Trenton, Won. Jolin J. Rafferty, former member of the Court of Errors and Appeals of New Brunswick.
