AN ACT to amend and reenact subdivision m of subsection 2 of section 12-60-24 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to completion of criminal background checks of employees and contractors of job service North Dakota; and to declare an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
39 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subdivision m of subsection 2 of section 12-60-24 of the North Dakota Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
m. Job service North Dakota for aall employees, final applicantapplicants for a
specified occupationemployment with job service as designated by the executive director, and contractors with access to federal tax information.
SECTION 2. EMERGENCY. This Act is declared to be an emergency measure.
