MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Denver, Colorado

Monday, October 3, 1927.

  1. President L. D. Blauvelt presided and all members of the Committee were present.
  2. The Special Committee appointed at the May meeting in Chicago to report on needed changes in the Constitution and By-laws of the Association made its recommendations, which were approved and the Committee authorized the presentation of this report to the Association for adoption
    Consideration of requests for additional United States numbered routes resulted in approval of the following:
  3. KENTUCKY - A road from the bridge opposite Portsmouth, Ohio, via Greenup, Ashland, Louisa, Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Pickeville, Whitesburg, Harlan to a connection with United States No. 25 at Pineville. This route will be a continuation of United States No. 23, and is approved.
