S. 12 east of Jackson, thence easterly over Interstate Route 94 to junction with present U. S. Route 12. Another section beginning at the junction of Interstate Route 94 and present U. S. 12 west of Ann Arbor, thence east to an intersection with present U. S. Route 12 (Interstate Route 94). Also a short section beginning at the southeastern edge of Ypsilanti at the intersection of U. S. 112, Interstate Route 94 and present U. S. Route 12, thence easterly with Interstate Route 94 to the intersection with present U. S. 12.

Relocation
This routing will be over several sections of high type highway beginning in Muskegon at intersection of present U. S. 16, Business Route U. S. 31 and Interstate Route 196, thence south and east with I-196 and Business Route U. S. 31 to junction with U. S. 31 south of Muskegon Heights, thence southeasterly with I-196 bypassing Grand Rapids on the north and east sides to an intersection with Interstate Route 96, thence easterly with I-96 bypassing Lansing on the west and south sides, Howell on the south side to an intersection with present U. S. 16 at the interchange with U. S. 23 a short distance east of Howell.

Recognition of
Business Route
This routing follows Michigan Trunk Route 37 from a junction with newly marked U. S. 16: (I-196) south with M-37 into Grand Rapids, thence east with present U. S. 16 B. R. to a junction with U. S. 131 B. R., thence south on newly constructed M-37 to present U. S. 16 B. R. The section of U. S. 16 B. R. through Farmington is to be deleted as it wi11 be marked as "Off-Interstate System" Business Loop 96 (Green shield with white letters and numerals).

Relocation
This routing begins at the junction of present U. S. 23 and a spur to Interstate Route 75 northwest of Bay City, thence southerly with I-75 bypassing Bay City on the west side to the junction of present U. S. 23 and M-81. Another action begins southwest of Saginaw at the junction of present U. S. 23 and I-75, thence southerly with I-75 to present U. S. 23 northwest of Clio. Another section begins at the intersection of present U. S. 23 and M-59, thence south on a new facility to a junction with present U. S. 23 and M-36.
