Beginning at the junction of present US Route 122 and State Routes 14 and 242 in Sunbury, thence east and southeasterly via Shamokin, Mt. Carmel, Frackville, Pottsville and Reading to Morgantown at the junction with State Routes 23 and 10.

US Route 209

Beginning on present US 209 at Marshall's Creek at the junction with State Route 402, thence southerly with SR 402 to State Route T625, thence southwesterly to interchange with Interstate Route 80, thence continue southwesterly and westerly over Interstate Route 80 to interchange with present US 209 in Stroudsburg.

Beginning at junction of present US 209 and State Route 402 in Marshall's Creek, thence westerly and southwesterly over former US 209 through Bast Stroudsburg to interchange with Interstate Route 80 and new US 209 in Stroudsburg.

Beginning at an interchange with Interstate Route 80 and present US 611 west of Stroudsburg, thence easterly and northeasterly through East Stroudsburg and Delaware Water Gap to junction with Alternate US Route 611.

The Executive Committee concurred in the suggestion of the U.S. Route Numbering Subcommittee that this request be resubmitted on the basis of establishing a Business Route for the entire length of US Route 611 Alternate in Pennsylvania This also applies to a similar item found on page 9 of this agenda.

Beginning at the junction of present Alternate US Route 611 and Interstate Route 80 in Delaware Water Cap, thence northerly over Interstate Route 80 to interchange with former US Route 611, thence westwardly over former US Route 611 through Stroudsburg to interchange with present US 611 and Interstate Route 80 west of Stroudsburg.
